It all comes down to how you define "special".
If you define it with "uniqueness" than certainly EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING is special on a molecular level - even twins. And at the same time not. Seeing that every little part of yourseld is actually as old as the universe itself.

All other definitions of being "special" are based on cultural aspects of the human expierenced and can only stand by showing differnces in compared social and cultural aspects. Highly jugdemental aspects I might add.
