Virtual Bookshelves for PC?

If possible, with "click 'n read" option, linked to books (pdf, etc) you already have in your PC

I don't roll in such an orderly matter, I'm afraid. I just have a filthy digital dungeon into which I keep throwing books and once in a while I run a search if I need anything.

I quite dislike shelves. I even keep my physical books in a plastic box in the corner. It's sort of a ghetto versions of Wittgenstein keeping his notes in shoeboxes.
