My trip to Barcelona was, to use the cliché, a once in a lifetime experience. Before going, I was actually pretty anxious about the trip. My reasons were many; I did not speak Spanish very well, I had never been out of the country, and, to be honest, I just had no idea what to expect (Spaniards are gross, after all). Thankfully, when the plane touched down on that Spanish tarmac, I knew I was in for an enjoyable and adventurous trip. My feelings at the beginning of the trip were actually pretty harsh toward the natives of the country. I thought that they were stupid (they can’t speak English), smelly (they really are), and overall unpleasant to be around. What I learned is that Spanish people, while they are all those things, also have a lot more to them. I witnessed, so to speak, an extra dimension of Spanish life that I wasn’t able to find in the Spanish adult films that I watch back here in the states.

On the first day of the trip, my group was greeted by a young tour guide named Antony. He was very friendly to us and even spoke (albeit broken) English! So at least he was smarter than the average Spaniard. He took us to see all the sights of the city. I was honestly really surprised at the architecture and artwork that flowed throughout the city. This puzzled me, because if Spaniards are so dumb and incompetent, then how could they make this beautiful urban landscape? It then occurred to me that they were just copying European and American artistic and architectural trends. Once I realized this, I was able to notice just how badly the imitations were made. For instance, just try to find a Salvador Dali painting that actually features proportional subject matter. But throughout all this, I became more and more enamored with Antony. It was when he took us to see a bull fight that I realized that I am a homosexual and was in love with him. I didn’t know what to do with this epiphany. How could I lower myself to being a homosexual, and even be in love with an inferior ethnicity? I had to do some serious soul searching, so I left our group and struck out on my own.

As I toured the city by myself, all the young males were catching my eye. Being a flaming homosexual was tough, I realized. But if there is one thing that I am, it is that I am monogamous. So I went back to the group that I was with and declared my love for Antony. He told me that he loved me too and we engaged in a killer gay make-out session in front of everyone in my group. It got so passionate that I unbuckled his pants and performed fellatio on him right in the middle of the downtown square that our group was in. Unfortunately, homosexuality is illegal in Spain. We were both arrested immediately. But we didn’t care so long as we had each other.

The penalty for homosexuality is public execution. Thankfully, I am an American citizen so I was free to go. Antony, on the other hand, was not so lucky. I’ll never forget watching him walk up to the guillotine, and how he blew me one last kiss before he knelt and his head was chopped off. I have never cried so much in my life; I was inconsolable and stayed in my room for the rest of the trip. I’ll never forget Antony, that beautiful, brutish, hunk of a man. Overall, I’d give the trip three stars; Would go again.

Fucking perfect. I love how it started out about a trip to Spain, and was then about being homosexual. The icing on top is the last few words, "would go again."
