So, writing a story. How do you show excitement in a question? Like: "How far do you intend to satisfy me?" The character is meant to be in somewhat of a battle-rage, and is charging at an enemy here. Is it feasible to write, "How far do you intend to satisfy me?!?"

Sounds like an awful story, OP.
The context should set all of it up.
That or be like Tom Wolfe and just use Exclamation Points! Everywhere!!

HAHA, WHAT?

What you should do is

Peanut butter helmet charges, screaming with enthusiasm "Hey, you big dicked mother fucker, how far do you intend to satisfy me".

Also: Starship Troopers did whatever you're writing, but better...

and starship troopers is terrible/

1. Deep breath
2. Shout the words
3. Rewrite and repeat until it sounds more natural or the neighbours burn you out

If your story is any good, nobody will care about you using ?!, !?, or ?!?. Seriously, you're not doing high school English homework here.

except for all the well-read people and critics who will dismiss the entire piece as some sophomoric piece of shit if he feels the need to use punctuation to emote

Break up the quote to insert a verb the show how excited the character is.

"How far," she screamed. "Do you intend to satisfy me?!"

"How far do you intend to satisfy me?" he gaped open wide and waited for the other's insertion--which he hoped would come out in a forceful ejaculation.

This is a joke right?

Does your character happen to fight the enemy by getting raped or something? Because this sounds silly.

I'm not sure you can use the word 'satisfy' in a question expressing excitement without conjuring up images of sex.
