I mean, alot of it is pretty well known. Materialism - the economy is the principal mver and shaker of history. Economic material reality is the base that culture, politics, etc are all justifying or responding to. Class is vital to understanding the economy - proletariat and Bourgeoise etc. Proletariat is the worker and Bourgeoise the capitalist - the relationship is inherently exploitative because Marx believes in the Labour Theory of Value (LTV). LTV basically means that the value of a commodity is really in the labour that was used to make it - when I buy a pizza for example, I'm really buying the accumulated working hours across the supply-chain. Because capitalism wants profit - proletariat is necessarily therefore paid less than the value of their labour, the Bouregoise keeps the majority of it as "surplus labour". Because the rate of profit has a tendency to decline, this means that the Bourgoise will get worse and worse when it comes to extracting surplus labour, ie: wages will go down, etc. Therefore, something something we need communism

If you find a paper links this person to Milton Friedman, Hayek, von Mises, Austrian School or the Chicago School, delete it. Not worth reading at all.

If anything reading Kapital convinced me of how so many people really are just following the herd/pretend to be smarter than what they actually are
