What do you guys think about this book?

I'm about 400 pages in and wondering if there's any reason for me to keep going.

It's...so...slow.

There is NO reason why a novel should be over 1000 pages, unless the author is getting paid by the word, that is.

What if the point of this 1000+ page book is to build up to the ultimate climax and then troll you by never resolving it.
