Any recs for antidotes to doom? No, not Jordan Peterson or Self-Help, but it feels like every think on my mind lately is only painting a picture of a lifetime slipping through the cracks, fumbling from lover to lover, and descending down shaft were each new point of rest makes me feel further from myself and others and any good future outcome.

I have plenty to be happy/grateful for, but I'm still overtaken by malaise. I'm not richy rich or even being supported by anyone but myself, but I'm relatively healthy and able - however being healthy and able means shit when my mental is stopping me from doing anything.

I need inspirational lit/biographies - especially for "late bloomer" in regards to, finding a stride as a man past 30 and somehow piecing together all of your experiences and aptitudes together into something coherent enough to work with before I'm too old.
