I see a lot of discussion here about Greek and Latin but few about Sanskrit or Classical Chinese, the latter of which I'm interested in learning. Does anyone have any resources to recommend? My background is about 10 years of Chinese lessons, some of which I've forgotten but I should be able to pick it back up quickly.

Go to /clg/ retard. Last time I checked, there were plenty of Classical Chinese and Sanskrit learners.

I'm working through Vogelsang's Introduction to Classical Chinese because he takes a rigorous grammatical approach which I appreciate. I'm also supplementing it with poems from the 千家詩
