What does /lit/ think about Clive Barker? I read Cabal and now I began reading Everville. So far, so good. The guy knows how to make his books interesting

I've only read In the Hills, the Cities. Shit's pretty intense, yo.

Also, Clive Barker question, out of interest: how much gayness is there in his writing? In the Hills has the two main characters sexing it up right at the beginning, but... it's not even ABOUT that at all. It's just that they happen to be gay. I was kind of impressed.

Not all gays write about gay sex, you idiot.

OP here. Well, Cabal has no gayness in it. There was just one sex scene in the book (between a man and a women, mind you) and that one gave me a boner.
