I will reply every day with my own philosophy. It is basically a moving lie.

Wasn't Deleuze an atheist that lean towards materialism? I think it was a common dogma held among French philosophers of that era, also Deleuze claimed to remain being a Marxist despite rejecting many foundations of Marxism.

I believe his modification of process philosophy is a serious error that made the concept of change less fundamental than that of Whitehead's, therefore somewhat more nihilistic and less constructive even if this wasn't the intention of Deleuze. He observed and analyzed the concept of schizophrenia, but if his philosophy were to be taken to its logically fullest extent it would probably lead to the very schizophrenia he wrote about.

>Process phil is pointless
Because process philosophy is about becoming, of course it would not be fixed in an eternal unchanging point lol

>less fundamental than that of Whitehead's
the entire purpose of Deleuze’s philosophy is to find a way to make change more fundamental than the unchanging by setting up a concept of plurality that can stand on its own, independently of unity.

>setting up a concept of plurality that can stand on its own, independently of unity.

Sounds like someone doesn't understand the metaphysical implications of the fundamental theorem of calculus.

>Everything that in any sense exists has two sides, namely, its individual self and its signification in the universe. These two poles cannot be torn apart. Each finds its fulfillment in the other via their dialectical relation. Thus, becoming is for the purpose of being (signification in the universe) and being is for the purpose of novel becoming (the emergent individual self.)
>Objectivity, facticity, is the permanent aspect of reality - immortal achievement immortally realized; subjectivity, immediacy, process, is its changeable aspect-its advance towards novelty. But subjectivity isn not the result of an underlying subject's activity of relating objects to itself, of a one weaving a many into the pre-existent unity of its oneness. It is, rather, the "growing together" (con-crescence) of objects to create a novel subject that enriches the many from which it springs. "The many become one, and are increased by one." The entire world finds its place in the internal constitution of the new creature, and the new creature lays an obligation upon the future: that it take into account the value achieved by the new creature. Thus every creature both houses and pervades the world.
>Two inseparable notions therefore constitute the foundational insight of Whitehead's process philosophy: the permanence of value achieved and the ongoingness of value achievement. To construct a metaphysical scheme capable of elucidating the implications of these notions was his purpose in writing Process and Reality.

Aho Mitakuye Oyasin... All my relations. I honor you in this circle of life with me today. I am grateful for this opportunity to acknowledge you in this prayer...
To the stars, for the ultimate gift of life, I thank you.
To the mineral nation that has built and maintained my bones and all foundations of life experience, I thank you.
To the plant nation that sustains my organs and body and gives me healing herbs for sickness, I thank you.
To the animal nation that feeds me from your own flesh and offers your loyal companionship in this walk of life, I thank you.
To the human nation that shares my path as a soul upon the sacred wheel of Earthly life, I thank you.
To the Spirit nation that guides me invisibly through the ups and downs of life and for carrying the torch of light through the Ages. I thank you.
To the Four Winds of Change and Growth, I thank you.
You are all my relations, my relatives, without whom I would not live. We are in the circle of life together, co-existing, co-dependent, co-creating our destiny. One, not more important than the other. One nation evolving from the other and yet each dependent upon the one above and the one below. All of us a part of the Great Mystery.
Thank you for this Life.

>becoming one with the universe
nice substance metaphysics you fucking retard.
Nah but seriously, Heraclitus was a parmenidean and he just didn't realize it. This whole whinging about substance metaphysics is useless and the only reason people adhere to process philosophy is because they think it gives them divine right to "change" their societies into homosexual shitholes.

process philosophy is just as much about being as it is about becoming because the only thing process philosophers seem to talk about is being and then try to claim that it doesn't exist. The truth is that Process philosophy tells you absolutely nothing new about the universe nor does it have any positive commitments to speak of. Whitehead just developed it as a justification for his liberal progressivism. So the next time somebody calls me a bigoted reactionary who hates change I will say to him: "What do you mean I hate change? Don't you know everything is constantly changing and what you perceive as stasis is just your mind playing tricks on you?"

>Fails to realize that ecology, environmental science, complex systems theory, and interdisciplinary studies are applied process-relational thought.
>Fails to realize that Whitehead was just following a developing trend that was already being established in scientific thought during his time, with his goal being to clarify and generalize this trend towards thinking of things in terms of dynamic relationships and interdependence instead of atomic things-in-themselves. This trend in the sciences has only grown since Whitehead.
