Even if it takes a year or two on a very obscure article and even if you're burying the change within other language changes/actual improvements (the best way to slip this sort of thing in). Wiki nerds are very, very persistent about this sort of thing and they never stop.

Everyone can see every single thing you ever do btw. Bans come about because of "editing behaviors". It's very easy to find patterns of behavior or focus interests of a given account. This is how they shut down duplicate accounts: some other account is doing the exact same sort of thing as the banned one, a reasonable person would conclude

Basically it's a completely pointless and futile effort to try to fix wikipedia. There's too many autistic liberal types working on it.

Goy means nation but it came to be used to mean non-jews the same way ethnic means people but some use it to mean non-Europeans. Translating it as pagan seems inaccurate considering modern connotations.
