Orwell is a shit writer
He should have been writing philosophical and political treatise instead of hamfisted allegories but he was either too much of a coward or lacked the talent
1984 and Animal Farm are total failures as novels lacking in depth and artsmanship only serving as vehicles for what ever moral Orwell was clumsily trying to impart
They're only good for teaching idiots and children, who then take the books as religious idols. Ironically, it is a great tool for propaganda, though of the liberal variety rather than the communist
