It's So natural to hold grudges and plot revenge and nearly impossible to not plot for revenge/ abuse / hate the people who wronged us.

I just let it go, it only makes me sad for the people who feel the need to plot abuse to compensate for those holes in their hearts, fractures cause by past traumas which unnerved them so, and exposed them to the "unknowable" shadow of their heart, the gate to hell. God have mercy.

You make yourself too busy with other things, mostly self improvement or your family. It also helps to truly internalize the fact that you won't feel any better if you take revenge, you will feel better if you feel better about yourself, either due to self improvement or because you successfully held yourself morally higher than those who wronged you.

First, you need to understand the basics of christianism: God made us in his image and likeness. If you are plotting against someone who was made in the image and likeness of God, then you are not loving God and you are not loving your neighbor.
That said, if we are really made in the image and likeness of God, then the only thing that differentiate us is the family we were born in, our culture, and our life experiences. If you were born in the body of the person who you hate, in the family of said person, and in the culture of said person, then you would be literally the same person as they. And if you were him, you would want to be forgiven. So ask yourself this: Knowing that you would want to be forgiven in their position, and knowing that the only difference between you and him is the RNG you were born with, is it worth to not forgive them and to follow revenge?

All inability to forgive, stems from an inability to forgive one's self for one's own inability to forgive. In other words, our own frailty, weakness and inability to embody the ideal, is what we punish ourselves for, and punish others for too. One must forgive one's self for being human before they can accept others as the same thing.
God unites it all so that it works. Without God, it doesn't work.
