Pretty much. Greem philosophy will give you pretty much all the foundation you need in order to think for yourself and find your own answers.
Almost all philosophers since have one or two good insights but are just really trying hard to come up with something profound.
Sometimes theres some standouts like Kierkegaard who focus on niche topics and make grest insights on them instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.

The Roman's more or less just copy and pasted the Greek ideas. A large amount of philosophy in general copy and pasted the Greeks so that isn't a barb towards the Romans. Reading the Greeks puts you light-years ahead of anyone who skipped them in favor of modern retellings.
