Man what I would give for one more day with my mom back, but that’s not your fault anon. Still though you should be a good son. Admit what you did and seek repentance or fix the problem by finding money to cover it. Either way you did wrong and must seek repentance. Your mother is counting on you and you’re letting her down

My mom killed herself when I was 5. I never think about wanting to spend a day with her. I just resent her. When I was younger I did have some dreams of her coming back but now I never think of her in any way other than some form of resentment or insensitivity when I think of her or someone mentions her

Hmmm that sucks but I guess I get it. I dunno man, I’ve been mad at my mother over her death (which atleast your reasoning is rational as opposed to mine) still though we need to forgive others. It is still your mother who gave you life

You did good
You are prioritizing your Logos instead of your Epithumia, you may skip a meal that would please your body but instead you bought food for the soul that will benefit you and your loved ones way more than all the food in the world, good move my friend, god bless you

I'm not sure there is any basis for forgivness here desu. My dad is not much better haha. He is an alcoholic whom I've seen like 5 times in my 23 years of life. I just don't care about either of them. I don't even think of them till someone reminds me. They are both just an ugly people that haven't brought anything positive into my life. Maybe for you just being alive is enough to be thankfull to your parents but I can't agree with that. Either way I don't hate them I just sometimes wish I had normal parents

I considered my aunt to be my second mom but sadly she died in a car accident when I was six.
I liked her but I was far too young to feel some deeper connection which causes me to miss her. At this point, she's like someone I met in a dream from long ago.
In other words, you were too young to care mourn your mother.
