This is just the unhinged ramblings of someone who is clearly mentally unwell. I have honestly read schizoposts on /x/ that are more coherent and have more aesthetic value than this book. If it weren't for Portrait and Ulysses nobody would pay attention to this palaver. I cannot be sure anyone can be said to have actually read it at all, in the sense that they actually ascertained some kind of meaning.
