I think woman has capability to write about human condition. Woman experiences suffering. She deals with menstruation every month, she has a biological burden as reproduction machine, she has to give a birth and take care of the children.

In paleolithic era woman mostly only gathered food, hunter small animals, and stayed in the cave to feed her fetus or children due to her limited capabilies (her estrogen made her bones and her muscle weaker) and limited technology. In neolithic era with agricultural revolution, woman needed to stay in home while her husband worked and built Civilization. In the contemporary era, woman has double burdens: she has to chase carrier while at the same time she has to take care of her children and husband.

Woman have been dealing with suffering and alienation. So yeah she is capable to think about human condition.
