I live in San Diego and I'm single and have two shit jobs so I do work 80 hours a week. M-F my sleep window is 7am-11am. I have been doing it over a year, sleeping 3-4 hours a night then catching up on the weekends. It's surprisingly doable and I'm not even that young, although people consistently assume I'm 10 years younger than I am. People should try sleeping less.
