"Y'all" and "folks" are used by liberals because they are muh neutral and muh pro-genderqueer, not because they are traditional. In the recent Roald Dahl censoring scandal the phrase "ladies and gentlemen" was replaced by "folks" because it was viewed as more politically correct.

The word black is capitalized in the OP, which is a trend that started to get popular after Saint Floyd OD'd when referring to blacks. Capitalizing black but not white is even in some style guides.
