>The coffee dripping sounded exactly like Violet peeing. Violet's pee seemed to slap more gently against the toilet water than mine )that is, when I aimed for the center of the bowl; I often peed on the walls of the bowl to prevent what I viewed as an obscene noise from occurring - my urine pounding water, sounding almost like a kind of guzzling - at which times mine would be less audible than hers). I felt self-conscious that, to a woman who had overheard the pee streams of various men, mine would sound weaker comparatively, something a discerning mind might logically conclude was correlated to smaller penis size.

how the fuck does shit like this get published? i'm not even gonna start on the earlier part of him detailing him wiping his own ass.

Ikr dude obviously doesn't understand how pressure works because a smaller diameter pipe would have greater outlet pressure.

I have thought the exact same thing before even though "weaker pee" = "smaller penis" makes no sense

It's a signal of vigour and vitality which is often symbolically represented with large erect penises. A horse has a very thick piss stream.

You know that you can exert control over your piss stream

What's your criticism? Because you failed to mention anything of substance.

the story is about a writer struggling to focus on his novel because he's too addicted to social media and everything he does is a distraction. the parts about him being enthralled by his thoughts about shitting and pissing are probably meant to serve some function of accentuating the theme of distraction, but it's just gross. he might as well be sniffing his own farts and going on a mental tangent about his awkward memory of farting in front of someone in public. it's not clever or worthwhile. i'm forcing myself to finish it so that i can really cement in my mind how much i dislike this type of writing.

what i do is angle my penis upwards, achieving a narrow piss arc about double my height, allowing the accelerating force of gravity to make louder the sound of my piss, to the unassuming listener.

that sounds like a horrible premise. Why would you bother to start this?

OP is reading it because Jordan Castro is a 4channer and shilled his book on /lit/ last year when it was published. I'm assuming OP went out on a limb and bought it due to Jordan's shilling. He's probably just now getting around to reading it due to a backlog.

It honestly might be a wortwhile read since Jordan Castor is the only /lit/ user I know of to be published by a mainstream publisher (I believe it's Penguin).

you couldn't be more wrong. i borrowed it from the library in the new fiction section because the cover caught my eye. i was picking up short story collections of dostoevsky and kafka i had reserved and thought "why not get something new". i can't believe how expensive it claims to be on the back cover for a 196 page novel with no chapters where the text is double spaced and the margins take up two fifths of the page. absolute filth

You're underthinking it. A large prostate is capable of generating more force (much more influential than the urethra-diameter which is about equal size regardless of penis size), and a large prostate allows one to infer with some certainty a large penis.

I can't even remember the piss-part. I remember him writing that cats are heartless opportunists, and I remember the ghostlike figure of the youth in love in the early part, but I do not remember piss part.
