I did. Even if I had to buy printing paper, I would pay (converted) 75 cent per 100 pages. As I am now, I pay almost nothing.

Why would you do that to yourself?

>> No.21884003

>>21883927
To be fair, its easier for me to concentrated and read from a lit up screen, with all other lights turned off. Less distractions and outside stimuli that way (except the damn internet).

It's a rather warm light. The camera didn't capture it adequately.

A phone is retarded, but I just got an ereader and I probably won't go back to physical unless it's a special book. It's just way too convenient and the actual reading experience is arguably better

>> No.21884401

>>21884392
ereader is good if you stay at the surface level of literature. If you dive deeper you'll either have to accept shitty scans of ancient books or even no scanned versions at all

>> No.21884407

>>21883927
I unironically do, got a Fold4 past Xmas. I don't even know where is my Kindle anymore.

>> No.21884419

>>21884401
Yeah I guess, but I wouldn't say having access to the vast majority of basically every popular and well-known book ever is surface level. It's more if you're getting into ancient books like that you're getting into a niche that most people aren't, even people who read a lot. Unless you're going to school for that or doing actual research for something, there's a free way to download basically any book you could want to read
I paid 150 for mine and it's already paid for itself after having it for a little over a month.
