my mother and sister were like this and I was kept in constant terror till I moved out. I'm a grown-ass man and yet my legs start shaking and my heart feels like it's wrapped in cordage every time I come across those two or somebody mentions them.
if anyone knows the answer, do not hesitate. help the ones who can still be saved.
