They're lazy, and in the case of rhyming preach it and teach it, he is essentially saying the same thing twice. The real power of rhyme is to highlight how things can be similar, or how they are very different. When it comes to Russia and Prussia and teach it and preach it, the rhyme is so obvious it's unbearable.

Americans can easily be forced in to their original nationalist. Though Russians and Ukrainians are no longer human, they can not be welcomed in to Europe without terribly hurting it without the hope to heal.

Russians however, have always been hostile to Europe. Any nation that fully embraces Commumism and butchers its best people for generations can not recover from that. Other nations in Europe lived under Communism but did not suffer the national and cultural throat-cutting Russia and China did. The must be driven beyond the Ural mountains and their former land given to existing nations.
