Do I have to start with the Greeks? Why can't I just start with the American Founding Fathers??

Are the epics boring?
Are the tragedies and comedies boring?
Are the fathers of philosophy boring? They fucking write in dialogue you nigger subhuman imbecile.
If you actually opened a fucking book once, you absolute shittiest of pieces of shit, maybe you would escape your midwitery. If you got filtered by Homer, even Jesus fucking Christ almighty can’t help you. Consider suicide you lowest of the low.

read whatever interests you, nobody has a complete understanding of all philosophy, the greeks won't help you understand modern philosophy, kant will be difficult wheather you read plato or not. Reading what others say is correct will be a painful expirience where you become "intelligent" but not usefully intelligent as you won't have read any unique books. You will have read what everyone else has read.

If you are interested in the founding fathers, read the founding fathers.

If you are interested in the founding fathers, a basic understanding of the Greeks might teach you how not to be an anglo-masonic scumbag instead

>philosophy has 0 predictive power
all science is applied epistemology and you owe your continued existence as a worthless specimen of subhumanity to the Greeks and all of the Masters that have come after them for building the foundations you ignorantly and misguidedly shit upon

You don’t have to, but if you start with modern works you won’t understand how shit they compared to the classics.
