BNW is a fairly good prediction of what industrial, mass production-mass consumption society would look like if taken to its logical conclusion.

It’s interesting that Huxley envisioned a society where hypnagogic learning and complete biological engineering is possible yet we haven’t undergone a complete transhumanist metamorphosis yet. It would’ve been interesting if the Gammas and Deltas still inhabited sturdy human bodies meant for labor jobs but the Alphas were highly transformed cyborgs.

I liked the first few chapters as a teenager. I thought the noble savage was dated and a poor objector. I agreed with mustafa mond. It's better than 1984 but still not particularly relevant unless you're a teenager
