I like to use it to my advantage, I know no matter what I say somebody here will find a small detail and attempt to refute it, or even attempt to refute my ability to say anything, this helps me identify weaknesses in my argument, typical tricks people will try to use against me, gaps in my knowledge or otherwise develop patience and thicker skin such that next time it wont feel as bad, or be so easy, to discombobulate me. Honestly one of the best kept secrets of disobedience (from the perspective of the people hating on you) or self assertion (from your perspective) is that it becomes easier the more often you do it, it’s just about desensitisation, it’s really that simple.
