Slave morality isn't about altruism vs selfishness. If anything Nietzsche is the altruist—to push what is falling, to value health over sickness is to be altruistic. Chesterton, like all christer apologists, hasn't the slightest interest in being accurate, since his own beliefs are baseless themselves. Like a balloon he floats away from the ground.
