I looked at a slovenian dictionary and you seemingly have the word "dlan" for palm. Do you really not use it? It's derivatives are very common words in other slavic languages.

I have the book at my old place. Finally got around to reading this version last year when I was visiting. Definitely a unique experience, and a lot of SOUL in the translation and the art too. They really treated this as just a simple children's book to adapt and not part of an established franchise.

To be more precise, the specific term for feet is not widely used at all, so the term for legs is pretty much universal.
