Realistically it's extremely unlikely. Social connections are the same as wealth. It's extremely easy to advance if you already have them, but if you have none it's basically up to luck. If you can get lucky and have some gigachad adopt you into his circle out of the blue then you will become less autistic. But how likely is that to happen? Probably about as likely as some poorfag trailer park trash winning the lottery.
