You're talking about the later parts of Enoch which we know were made later. The interesting bit about Enoch is its referenced in The Old Testament and our earliest manuscript of The Book of the Watchers predates many pieces of "established" biblical canon.

The later Enoch stuff is questionable, but Watchers did exist in like 300 BC, and it was a popular religious text. That alone is pretty spoopy.
