I once payed for a ebook copy of Doug Stanhope's "Digging Up Mother" by accident on itunes, because I had a gift card and thought it was an audiobook.

Turns out it was an ebook.

No biggie, I tell myself. I'll just read the ebook - it'll be a little less fun without Stanhope's intonations and mannerisms, but still worth it.

Then I find out - it refuses to let me read it on my computer. I am only permitted to open the itunes ebook on Apple products.

I just spent money on a book I'm not permitted to read, until I buy their expensive electronics.

Never again. Deleted my account the very next day out of rage - went back to pirating everything I use.

The fun fact is that I don't buy into any metaphysical shit, occult, etc at all, let alone the nazi one.

BUT I have thing for witchy/elf/fairy/neopagan women, especially if blonde

I remember reading that the Vril girls had long hair because it supposedly worked as "antennae for cosmic energy" (don't ask me why one has short hair though)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LsgO5OTUsRU

Its true, Its true, there lay no lies (sway*, sway)
In the old native language (sway, sway)3
During summer solstice night the girls become
Witches and werewolves

Summer solstice, Summer solstice is tonight
Who does summer solstice belong to?
Witches and werewolves
summer solstice belongs to them

The witch ran through the air ...
Not in my backyard
My yard is forged with iron
Needles on my roof

Needles on my roof
Caught up in the rafters
Needles stabbed
Rafters cut

The river flowed like buttermilk
In my cows' pasture
There the hunter broke its neck
and stood nine witches,
Drowning was the woodlands fae**
Without the sun in the evening.

1)Will not lend books to non-student (unless a professor guarantees for you

Public libraries are rarely going to be helpful for books, it's better to just go straight to the next step. First off, you're basically giving up your choice of selection to bureaucrats, who have farmed out the task to women majoring in liberal arts. That's a big red flag as-is, and selection will tend to lean to woke garbage. Your favorite authors will be poorly represented in the system, if at all. If there is something in the system that you desire, no matter the size of the library, your local branch will rarely have the titles that you're looking for. Finally, the library is unreliable on keeping stock, especially if it's an older copy, either it gets lost or defaced, or its simply shoved out of the way for newer books.

I fell for the "hurr durr I won't be giving money to Bezos" meme for a short time. I tried buying exclusively from "physical stores" but regardless of the size of the store, it will be almost all crime and romance crap, some children books and somewhere, hidden in the back, one obscure shelf with classics and another one next to it with modern non-fiction. Yes, regardless of the size of the store, meaning that if the store is larger, it only means more crime and romance. In the non-fiction shelf there is aboslutely never anything that's not extremely left-wing activist shit. One time there was a display in front of the non-fiction shelf proudly displaying gems like "I hate all men" and "Why I don't talk with white people", at which point I said fuck it, went home, and renewed my amazon subscription. I'd rather pay bezos then the trannies with useless degrees working at those bookstores.
>but.. le hecking based independent bookstores!
It only gets worse, add "anti-capitalist" to the ideological list.

Have you watched GoT? Many people treat Tyrion like a monster, he's shown fucking bitches, getting drunk, being the haughty asshole from a rich family. He is smart, can be generous and good hearted.
So, again, what is a "positive depiction"? Nobody really deserves a "positive" (as in "flawless") depiction, at best you deserve an honest one. But that could also mean "Protagonist rescues little puppies, likes urine, he's mentally retarded and easily forgives wrongs done to him.
