Well, how do I cease suffering faggot?

Absolute minimum you need to cease suffering is to read the pali suttas, engage with mindfulness (meaning making the effort to not act out of intentions rooted in craving for pleasure, craving away from displeasure, and distraction from neutral feeling, instead enduring them without acting out of them + then contemplating the fact that all phenomena within your experience have arisen by themselves and are not subject to your control, in order to sap out your tendency to try to gratuitously resist what has arisen), and spend time in seclusion, so that you are not distracted and can contemplate properly. All three need to be engaged with repetitively until your experience as a whole has been understood sufficiently so that you become unable to suffer.

While seclusion, among other things, is a proximate indicator of someones wisdom, there is nothing within wisdom itself that necessarily prevents one from speaking about it. What would prevent one from speaking about it would be, as it was for the Buddha right after his enlightenment, that this teaching is subtle, to be understood only by the wise, and will be VERY hard to see for an age that delights in attachment and becoming. In other words, it would be a bother, and most will not understand. Of course, this did not eventually prevent the Buddha from teaching the dhamma, it just meant that he begun with those people with the least dust in their eyes, because they really do exist. And it is for the welfare of those with eyes to see that an awakened being will speak on the dhamma.

To be honest, Buddhism was never meant to be that complex. It has a elegant simplicity in regards to the cultivation of wisdom via solitary contemplation. I think the three marks of existence are pretty evident to any honest mind.

You are quite correct - it is both incredibly simple and yet incredibly deep, as this sutta demonstrates -

"There Ven. Ananda approached the Blessed One and, on arrival, having bowed down to the Blessed One, sat to one side. As he was sitting there he said to the Blessed One: "It's amazing, lord, it's astounding, how deep this dependent co-arising is, and how deep its appearance, and yet to me it seems as clear as clear can be."

[The Buddha:] "Don't say that, Ananda. Don't say that. Deep is this dependent co-arising, and deep its appearance. It's because of not understanding and not penetrating this Dhamma that this generation is like a tangled skein, a knotted ball of string, like matted rushes and reeds, and does not go beyond transmigration, beyond the planes of deprivation, woe, and bad destinations."

What prevents people from seeing it is only their vast dependence on sensuality and distraction - people are afraid to do the actual work of abandonment. Hence why people will do their meditation techniques instead of actually abandoning sensuality, and even using excessive scholarly research into various Buddhist doctrines as their very own form of covering up the nature of their own experience.
