As the first anon said, listen to music. It'll be amazing, trust me.

As for actual utility, you can also open up a notepad on your PC and just start typing down non-stop whatever comes to your mind as the music plays. Just a drunken stream of consciousness. It's a nice little tool for self-reflection. Don't forget to save the file so that you can come back to it later when you're sober.

By the way, any kind of writing at all is also highly recommended. It's a time-tested method, drunk writing.
