Yes, the official English translations are published by Dark Horse, try and get those.
Stay away from the fantranslations, not only are they ancient and low quality, the translator hated being corrected(he only begrudgingly accepted Guts' official name, he originally transliterated as Gatsu, and if you see that or "Griffisu", run away) and would just make shit up half the time.
