This book doesn't exist. I've been in the same exact place as you and I've done autismo levels of research hours and hours and nothing has come close to what we're looking for. At most passages from books but nothing exact. I've realized now although it's possible a perfect book like this can change our life it won't. You will read half of it. Leave in your shelf and continue to surf the web. Inspirational books do nothing but give you a slight motivation for a day that completely disappears. I'm at the point where I realize nothing will help me. Nothing will motivate me. I'm mentally ill and the only thing I think will help is medication but I'm too scared to take them but I realize it won't be long until I'm 30 and nothing has changed so I'll likely take them at that point. I've done everything you could imagine. Everything. Every variation of alarms, to do lists, meditation, cold turkey from electronics. I've done everything. I've read every book you could imagine on the topic. I'm at the point now of reading fucking occult literature to find anything that can motivate me. Gurdjieff, Rudolf Steiner etc. None of it does anything. We are truly fucked. Must be something in the water that made us this way but it is truly hell.

This type of thread has been posted every other day for many years now. Shit's more repetitive than some generals.

Walk for 30 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes in the afternoon, and 30 minutes in the evening. Make it so that the everyday foods you consume are as healthy as possible. If you eat something unhealthy, it should be a one-off, social/fun thing. Removing all high glycemic-index foods from your diet is . These are foods that spike your blood sugar, which causes inflammation. This means no foods with added sugar, "white" grains, and starchy vegetables like potatoes, and prefer high fiber foods like blueberries, seeds, nuts, and cruciferous vegetables. Eat wild salmon twice a week. Eggs are your friend. No sugary drinks: only water, tea and coffee. If your sleep schedule is bad, having things to do in the morning (e.g. make yourself your coffee, go on your walk) will motivate you to get out of bed. If you watch pornography, cut it out asap, and imagine erotic scenarios instead. Keep track of progress--things like how many days you've exercised in a row. You're not fucked. You just have to remember that the brain is part of the body, and it will not function well if the body is not functioning well.

1000 books will be worse than simply endeavouring to take action
simply changing the method of consuming information, albeit to a low dopamine reward source of information is still consuming

just start going to the gym
but of course read books also, they are a wonderful accompaniment but they cannot be the only action you take
