My man there's literally no point in what you want to do unless you want to actually spend time talking to Rabbis and really study it. Half the shit you probably think is in there isn't actually in there. It's literally just Rabbis arguing with each other about Jewish law. If you really want to read it, go on Sefaria. On the app, you can tap any line and you'll usually be able to find English commentary. I would recommend looking for Rashi's commentary first.

But that infamous part in the talmud was written by babylonian jews (so persian-ruled jews) during the height of the byzantine-persian conflict. You would be dishonest to deny that the jews weren't encouraged to do their part in the propagandistic warfare by smearing the founder of the byzantine empire's state religion.

Kind of. It doesn't really matter though because there is genuinely no surefire way to tell if it is or isn't. There are some mentions where it can't be Jesus because a Rabbi said he saw him walking in the market, yet it occurred way after Jesus's death. Or one about someone who was executed during Passover, but it actually happened 100 years before Jesus. Christian censors just removed any mention of anyone they thought could be Jesus, which made people look for Jesus everywhere. I'll state it again, Yeshu/Yeshua/Yehoshua is a very common name and Jesus is irrelevant to Jews and Judaism. There were many people that claimed to be the Messiah before and after him, the only difference is that Christianity stuck.
