Mendelson for topology (not that good honestly but there aren’t many good books until you get to algebraic topology)
Rudin for analysis.

Fuchs Fomenko for algebraic topology.
Ahlfors for complex analysis.
Lee for differential geometry.
Hartshorne for Algebraic geometry
