Until the present moment, what's been helping me the most is Stirner's egoist philosophy. From that i deduced that society's expectations of what you should be doing during your youth and what constitutes "not wasting your youth" are nothing but a spook and you won't get a single benefit for yourself by submitting yourself to these values that were not created by yourself.

You should also read the "Studies on Pessimism" by Schopenhauer. If you can't bust away the spook no matter what, his ideas will be of great help for you to cope.

"Coping" implies that you're trying to find ways to deal with the fact that you do not have what you believe you should have, what you want.
But if you do not want some thing at all (i.e. realizing you only thought that you wanted it because others have constantly worked to plant the idea in your head), how could it be cope? There's literally no reason to ever believe that you "should" have anything. You're obeying the orders of some arbitrary truth implanted in your mind by views that you were led to believe you should hold sacred. But why should you? There you have it.
