So we have to see are they EQUALLY as Totalitarian? I disagree, I think you can see different levels of centralization and subservience. Compare how centralised the UK is compared to let's say Switzerland.
France is also more centralised than Germany for example. I also feel that US citizens are far more loyal and patriotic than Canadian citizens as an example but less likely to be Subservient. It's a difficult balance.
