GTD by David Allen. And even then you probably don't need to read it, just watch an hour long lecture and you'll get the idea:

That's pretty much it.
All other productivity literature is just about how to get more productive at blogging about how productive you are or validating people's self-diagnosed ADHD.
The truth is if you want to be "productive" - don't read self-hep books or productivity books. Read deeply about the topic or thing you're trying to produce. Then produce it!
