the world i live in doesn't feel real to me and i am not at all convinced that it is "real" in any meaningful sense. it literally feels like my life is a series of video games nested inside of each other like matroska dolls. i understand and accept that the material world does exist in some base sense but the only times when i experience things that actually feel real to me is in my dreams or when i am at the border between sleep and wakefulness
my question then is are there any books that can help me to understand what reality is and how to live in it?
