Plenty of his other books have been memes and advertised: call of the arcade, jigoku, call of f Gardner just before Christmas.
Since he puts no effort into the writing and clearly makes his own covers, the only thing he spends on is ads, which is somewhat believable because they charge in such small increments it can be like gambling— say you pay 10 cents for a click, it sounds cheap, so you end up spending 100 dollars in two weeks.
