What exactly do we have to look forward to after death, and for what is it that we live? A whole systematic proof is preferable however optional. Those who do claim to know, say that there is an afterlife of some kind. Every religion says something different about it. I like Buddhism which says that there are spirits and gods, but even they have finite lifespans, and you've already been everything from a maggot to a king to the literal Christian God and everything in between
