Sometimes i wonder about these lists of narcissistic traits. Like, what if you actually ARE superior to others and know it. Then you would be basically justified in acting superior. I don't see anything wrong with having a good sense of your relation to other people. Superior people should know they're better than others, so that they don't sully themselves by association with inferior people. Yes narcissistic disorder is a real thing and i have seen it myself, I even fucked an NPD chick for a while, and it was extremely socially maladaptive. But it seems that the same diagnosis could be applied to your sigma male mgtow, who might well be worthy of his station, a genius, for whom other people's trifling concerns are unworthy of his attention.

The kind of person you're describing isn't a narcissist they're just introvertedly productive. A person like that wouldn't have an exaggerated sense of self-importance, its more like "with great power comes great responsibility".

Yes, he possesses those traits, but they are not pathological. Just as Nietzsche says that certain modes of behaviour are justifiable in the superior types but unjustifiable in the inferior types, higher types should have 'narcissistic' traits in order to realise their full potential.
