Brecht was a genius of the stage. Those here who call him a propagandist only do so because they heard someone else call him a propagandist, and because they believe his politics won't align perfectly with their own. They are too busy thinking about what Brecht and his audience may have thought, rather than thinking about Brecht wrote and the innovations Brecht brought to theatre.

I don't like him, I much prefer Chekhov or Pinter, but I liked "In the Jungle of Cities"
Less politics and a very interesting take on conflict between two men with what I felt was poignant commentary on the nature of man (and our assumptions of others)
