tips for getting better at expressing concepts? my thoughts always get stuck trying to find the right words and sometimes i never find them.

the only solution for this is to read others who deal with the concept on your mind and also continually try to express and expand upon your expression of ideas in a written form (diary) and also read works in a variety of fields/from a variety of authors/in a variety of forms so that you have metonymic ammo to bring in to a writing/conversation when the correct words elude you.
