The works of Theognis, Anacreon, Pindar, Ibycus, Theocritus, Horace, Martial, Meleager, Tibullus, Strato, Philostratus, Abu Nuwas, (a million other Muslim poets I can’t be bothered to name), Hilarius, Baudri, Judah Al-Harizi, Michelangelo, (a million other Florentines), Christopher Marlowe, Richard Barnfield, William Shakespeare, Ihara Saikaku, Whitman, Chubb, Rolfe, EE Bradford, Housman, etc. etc.
