I was in the same boat funnily enough, one of my favorite books was confined to a library at my college. Other than that there were copies of it online for triple digits or copies in the original language. If you can find a copy in a library somewhere and don't mind ebooks just take pictures of literally every page, run it in a text parser, and dump that all in a PDF. Otherwise try emailing smaller / less "amazon"y book stores, odds are at least one has a copy. G-d willing you'll have a copy soon.

All that said, after looking into it this does sound like a good read. I hope you're able to find it, anon!

This is the cheapest copy I can find, $51~ isn't that bad all things considered. I've spent over $80 for out of print books in the past and I've been willing to spend more. I just remembered about AddAll, which is how I found this, I apologize for forgetting until after I responded last. You may have more luck than me looking around!

out of print books are a bitch and a half to find. you'd be better off printing it out yourself.

You can also just get it through an interlibrary loan and scan it.
