Another thing i noticed is making a break from the internet might make you less interested in returning to it.
I noticed since I started going to uni I noticed i did not have enough time to do everything I wanted, so i started cutting down on what I'm consuming when it comes to media and after a few weeks, I noticed that a lot of what i watched bores me to death.
