My Kindle Touch 4th gen pretty much died so I have to get a new one. I was thinking about going for Paperwhite but it seems this Voyage device is ... the best one? Is the glass screen that good? Any issues other than fingerprinting?

Basically the main thing for me is something that I can read comfortably in near-total gloom.

you already owned a kindle and you know its good, if money is not an issue buy the Voyage, if you want to save money buy the Oasis or a Paperwhite.

I thought it was the most expansive because OP said it's the best, my bad. just see youtube reviews and see what kindle you want, I bought Oasis new and it was worth the money.

I was really disappointed to read on AT and HN how Voyage fingerprinting sucks if you have any color to your skin, literally only works with fair skin

I wouldn't buy an e-reader. I have one but today I wouldn't buy one. Get paper books. If you get paperback you're not even spending that much more.

an ereader can be bought for around $100 for a good model. Thats about 10 normal paperbacks.
In australia its way worse because an ereader is $120 but a book costs about $20-$30 (although penguin classics are a bit cheaper) so it pays itself off way faster.

lmao anon, no. I've owned a kindle keyboard for over 10 years and in that time I can count the number of books I've actually paid for on two hands.
